Developing a fully certified Mulesoft connector

Overview

Reltio is an award-winning SaaS company based in Silicon Valley that aims to provide the mission-critical data foundation businesses need to win in the experience economy. One of its products is an agile, scalable, and intelligent Master Data Management (MDM) SaaS platform built on a cloud-native, big data architecture with graph technology and machine learning called Reltio Cloud. We helped the client develop a solution that ties the client’s system and Mulesoft giving users quick and ready access to unified information across platforms.

Challenges

The client's MDM platform did not integrate with Mulesoft, which limited the options for connecting to the Reltio platform. To expand its customer base, the client needed a Mulesoft connector that would incorporate the extensive features offered by Reltio's MDM platform. At the same time, the solution had to fully meet all of Mulesoft's recommendations and guidelines to receive a Mulesoft certification and be used by Mulesoft users. As the client lacked Mulesoft expertise, it needed our help to build the integration and achieve optimal business results.

Solution

Our solution brings together the best of modern data management and integration technologies. We developed a Cloud Connector that connects various data sources to the Reltio Self-Learning Data Platform. The connector helps with servicing data to Reltio Cloud and provisioning reliable data back to downstream systems for operational execution and analytical insights.
